In the vein of HARD BOILED and NAKED KILLER comes this action-crime thriller in which two young women caught in a power struggle among a trio of mobsters must struggle to survive in a world run by vice and corruption.

This action film tells the unique story of a biracial boy growing up in Taiwan. The boy, Chen Buo, was born to a Chinese mother and a Caucasian father, an American soldier. As a result, he is harassed by his fellow students and turns to a life of crime when he grows up.

Little Kai (Sun Ya-Tung) is a member of a criminal organisation. The tattoo on his chest earns him the nickname of ‘Leopard’. Immediately upon Little Kai’s release from jail, his brother is framed and murdered. Suspecting that it’s an inside job, Kai returns to the organisation to see if he can find out root out who is behind his brother’s death.
