The documentary includes analysis from more than 20 international experts and leaders in the fields of political communication and information.

As the town says goodbye to summer with their Festa Major, all the villagers fill the dance floor. The last to leave are a group of young people who, in the early morning, will exchange their cocktails for coffees while they decide they won’t go to sleep. At the same time, a mailman arrives at Custodio’s house and delivers something he was no longer expecting: a coffin for his wife, who was buried three months ago. On their last day of summer, three dead tired friends, Rita, Clara and Pau, wander around the village expecting something, but without knowing what it is.

A young Spanish exchange student who is on her own for the first time in her life tries to adjust to a vastly different life in Berlin.

Paula, a thirteen year old girl, starts to experience certain complications in the relationships with her family and friends. "Caracremada" ("Burnface" in Catalan), a nickname given by the Spanish Civil Guard to Ramon Vila Capdevila, reflects about the libertarian resistance against Franco's regime through the last active guerrilla fighter. The piece reflects on issues such as the power of scientific discourse to produce revisions of the world, the evolution of the concept of the archive and the resignification of borders in the rhetoric of space colonialism.

Chumi is the janitor of the summery Apartamentos Paradiso. He has turned metal detecting into a magical illusion that helps him endure his day to day life. Last days of summer he needs to find something worthwhile.

Salva Expósito, an orphaned painter, decides to create his next masterpiece unaware that the woman depicted in it will be the trigger for an existential crisis linked to his past. Immersed in an artistic block, Salva will relive the memories of a tumultuous and hazy past, while the painting itself will lead him on a personal quest where unraveling the mysteries surrounding the female figure becomes his primary objective.
