Fructuoso Gelabert

Lost film in which two men discuss in a cafe for the love of a woman. Discussion becomes more heated until they start fist-fighting. Widely considered to be the first fiction film made in Spain, the director made a new version reconstructing it in 1952.

This film about a procession is one of the most antique pieces of Spanish cinema.

Re-make of Cafe Brawl (1897). It is the only version that has not been lost.
