Five brothers first opened the bar "Onis" in 1976 after migrating to Madrid in the early 1970's from a village in the North of Spain. The possibility of making money brought them into the hospitality business in the big city. Since the opening of the "Onis" forty years ago, they have worked together almost every single day.
A man in his early 70s recalls the time when his young lover got caught in a firestorm and her hallucinations grew stronger and stronger. The loss of his girlfriend, the trauma of a forbidden and impossible love, the feelings of guilt and the attempt to use language, literature and theatre to find a way out.
The documentary follows the activities of six young people during one night: they go to parties, meet up with friends or wander the streets by themselves.
