The show focuses on high schools that hold yo-yo contests. The schools organize teams and participate in competitions to win against other schools. Each team has their own issues that they solve, and each yo-yo has a name that reflects the toy's design. The show makes use of minor special effects in order to portray the "magic" and the speed of the yo-yo. These magic spells are 'battling' and the person whose magic remains wins. Some of the yo-yo tricks are common, like the Forward Pass, Loop-the-Loop, Three-Leaf-Clover, Trapeze, Double or Nothing, Gravity Pull, etc. The show also has some tricks of its own created by the producers (most of the tricks are for professionals) like the White Buddha, Buddha's Revenge and the Cold Fusion (hardest trick of Season One).

The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour is an American comedy and variety show hosted by the Smothers Brothers and initially airing on CBS from 1967 to 1969.

Shunichi Domoto is a talented sportive 5th-grade boy who is used to helping sports teams in his school. He beat him up, but after that, he meets the exceptionally gifted Yoyoer, Seito Hojoin who beat him up because he ridiculed the Yoyo game. So, Shunichi enters Japan`s Yoyo championship to get his revenge from Seito. Throughout This Championship, He earns new Yoyoing Skills and meets powerful rivals.

Tom and Dick Smothers return to TV in this revival of the traditional variety show, mixing comedy skits, stand-up routines and musical numbers. Joining the Smothers each week were a number of aspiring young talents and veteran performers.

Stevie and Zoya is an animated series that appeared first on MTV in the late 1980s. The one-minute shorts were produced by Joe Horne, who later worked for Disney and on Class of 3000. Horne later produced two new series in flash animation for the Internet in 2004, and again in 2010, the latter series appearing on Horne's YouTube channel.
