Two thieves (Mukesh and Sreenivasan) become targets of the two rival crime gangs and the police after they are wrongly accused of attempted murder when robbing a hotel.

Two prominent families & business rivals, the Uppukandam brothers, Kariachan (Captain Raju), Paulachan (Keerikkadan Jose), Xavichan (Babu Antony), Josekutty (Jagadish) & Thankachan (Baiju), & the Ettuveettil Pillais, headed by Ananthan Pillai (Rajan P. Dev) & his sons & nephews, have been feuding for years, aggravated by the fact that Xavichan had gone to jail for killing Vasu Pillai (Johny) of the Ettuveettil family, who in turn had killed Roy Mathews (Siddique), Xavichan's brother-in-law.
