Little Annie's father dies leaving the child in the custody of her grandmother, but without any proof, her evil stepmother confined the child to her room. Tying a note to one of her birthday balloons and sending it out the window caught the eyes of four kids and playing detectives, they were able to free Annie and solve the custody battle.
