At the end of the 18th century in France, a revolutionary storm is raging in Paris. While the Jacobins led by Robespierre are arresting and sentencing nobles to death, the angry populace are demanding more nobles be sent to the guillotine. The English Sir Percy tries to save as many as he can, disguised as The Scarlet Pimpernel.

William O'Dannell, an elite of Adams Finance in London, receives directly from its president an order to rebuild Hotel Stella Maris, a small hotel in California. The sea expanding in front of the hotel is said to glitter with blue in the light of the full moon as if it were jeweled with stars. When the hotel opened in 1932, it was a great success and enjoyed the patronage of celebrities coming from the four corners of the country. However, it has become unsuccessful following the change of the times, and is now on the verge of bankruptcy.

As there are increasing performances in the Takarazuka Revue, in 1921, the Flower Troupe and the Moon Troupe were born, and the first Flower Troupe performance was held. The year 2021 celebrates the 100th anniversary for the Flower Troupe. And in this performance, it will be led by the new top combi Yuzuka Rei and Hoshikaze Madoka. The glamourous work of "The Fascination" will celebrate the establishment and 100th anniversary of the Flower Troupe. “G.O.A.T” is an abbreviation for “Greatest Of All Time” and is a slang term that means “the best of all time”. A special concert will be held to bring out the charm of Kanato Tsukishiro, the top star of Tsukigumi, who has overwhelming expressiveness and singing ability. This time, we welcome Satoshi Mitsui, who is active not only as a choreographer but also as a director, to explore new possibilities for Tsukigumi members centered on Tsukishiro. Edmond Dantes, a young sailor from Marseille, is being dragged in chains to the Chateau d'If, a state prison. He protests his innocence, but the jailors laugh and torment him before locking him up in solitary confinement. A few short hours before, Dantes had returned to Marseille from a voyage at sea and been reunited with his fiancée, Mercedes. Her father, Pierre Morrel, promoted Dantes to captain as a wedding gift to the couple. Into the middle of this celebration came the soldiers to arrest Dantes. Black Jack: A Lucky Bet is an original script based on one of Osamu Tezuka's masterpieces, "Black Jack". It was first performed in 1994 by the Flower Troupe led by Anju Mira to great acclaim. In November 2022, at the start of the 50th anniversary year of the "Black Jack" series, it was performed again in a nationwide tour by the Moon Troupe. Kanato Tsukishiro plays the role of Black Jack, an unlicensed surgeon with divine skill, dramatically expressing the message of Tezuka's works, such as the deep love for humanity and the preciousness of life. 　　

Eitoku Academy is a high school that caters to rich, high-society families. Among the students who attend there are four young men who have the adulation of the entire school, the "Flower 4" (F4). There is spoiled Doumyouji Tsukasa, cool and mysterious Hanazawa Rui, playboy Nishikado Soujirou, and "madam killer" Mimasaka Akira. If these four show any signs of disliking someone, a red tag is put on the locker of that student and they become a target of bullying for the entire school. Makino Tsukushi is from a middle-class family, attending because her parents asked her to. Her goal is to keep her head down until she can graduate, but her plans are soon made impossible as she is thrown into the world of the F4. Doumyouji falls for Tsukushi for her fierce independence and willingness to stand up to him, but Tsukushi likes the quiet Hanazawa Rui....

This has a theme of "giving a light like that of the stars," since it is for Star Troupe, which gives the sparkle of all the stars in the heavens to people's hearts. This is a work which will allow the stars of Star Troupe to showcase their energetic singing voices and dance overflowing with liveliness.
