Lagot Ka Sa Kuya Ko revolves around the life of two siblings who grew up in different worlds. Alex (Ronnie Ricketts) is a taxi driver who moonlights as an underground street fighter. His sister Sarah (Nadine Samonte) is a US-bred teenager who just got back in the country with their mother (Marita Zobel). Through Boogie (Dinky Doo), an aspiring rapper whom Alex rescued from a brawl with fraternity guys, he met Sarah and her mother without knowing they were the family he has searched long and hard for.
Frank Hopkins is a wealthy American MMA champion living in Honolulu. But Frank is unhappy. Despite the exotic cars, extravagant house, and beautiful women, he can always find something to complain about. His business partner Axel sends Frank to Manila, Philippines to promote their line of MMA products. Frank's pessimistic attitude irritates his bodyguard, Boy, and Boy's sister-in-law, Girly. But Frank's life is about to change when he is double-crossed, left penniless, and pursued by the police. Boy saves Frank by taking him to his home in the squatter area. But Axel sends a team of American martial arts experts to capture Frank in Manila. This formidable team is led by their guide Shaquille.
Ronnie played a disillusioned former military officer, who took the job of a school security chief to investigate the mysterious death of his best friend. It turned out not to be so mysterious after all, because the school was littered with students who looked and behaved like criminals. Apparently, no one cared about them anymore and the school had been allowed to deteriorate but Ronnie was not willing to give up that easily.
Because of prison overcrowding, 12 inmates were sent to an island where they must fight and survive for freedom.
