The Kannada version of the reality show where a number of contestants (known as "housemates") live in a purpose-built house and are isolated from the rest of the world. Each week, housemates nominate two of their fellow housemates for eviction, and the housemates who receive the most nominations faces a public vote out.
Kannadada Kotyadhipathi is an Indian game show, hosted by film actor Puneeth Rajkumar. It is the official Kannada language adaptation of the internationally-renowned Sony Pictures Television-owned game show Who Wants to be a Millionaire? and its successful Hindi adaptation Kaun Banega Crorepati. Since its inaugural episode on 12 March 2012, the show has been airing on Asianet Suvarna and went on to feature celebrity guests as participants as well.
