Bluto muscles out Popeye to take Olive to the fair. Popeye rushes ahead and poses as a fortune teller, luring Olive in. He shows Olive her future (actually, her past) in the crystal ball.
When Spooky learns that Casper has a date with Wendy to the beach instead of playing baseball, he plays tricks on them.
Two writers at Paramount Cartoon Studios try to think of good stories for Casper the Friendly Ghost. They review scenes from "Casper's Spree Under The Sea," "Once Upon A Rhyme" and "To Boo Or Not To Boo." Eventually Casper himself emerges from a poster on the wall and scares the writers away. Casper explains that he thought up that gag to end the cartoon!

A far-fetched tale about a baby who doesn't want to be delivered and a stork who goes a little goofy in the process. The stork has a rush delivery, but the baby isn't ready to settle down yet.
Honey is baking a cake for Fraidy Bat's birthday. Misunderstanding what he meant when he said "the main ingredient in cake is love", she adds love potion to the cake. Cousin Maggie takes a bite of the cake and precedes to fall in love with Stanley the Wizard, who just showed up at the door. Maggie begins chasing Stanley around the forest while Honey and Fraidy prepare an antidote (which turns out to be Honey's tears). Maggie is turned back to normal; unfortunately Stanley eats a slice of Honey's cake while hiding inside the house and the first person he sees is Cousin Maggie...
His fellow ghosts bring Casper up on charges for breaking the Ghostly Laws ,since he will not scare people, and he loses his ghostly powers. He realizes he needs to do something drastic, so he, disguised as a man, invades a meeting of ghosts planning a scare-campaign, and gives them a taste of their own medicine. He regains his standing in the Ectoplasm Society.

Casper the Friendly Ghost attends a premiere of one of his own cartoons and is interviewed in the lobby. He is asked how he happened to become a movie star, and gives a lively account of his Hollywood venture.
Sergeant Snorkle's entire platoon prepares for war games with another base. During the battle, Beetle and Zero manage to louse up the games. They both get trapped inside of a tank, and, before long, win the war games for Camp Swampy.
Casper, the Friendly Ghost, encounters his misbehaving fellow-ghost, Spooky, and Spooky immediately makes Caster an April-Fool's victim. Wimpy (as always) Casper tries his best to persuade Spooky to stop playing tricks on people but to no avail. Casper decides that Spooky has to be taught a lesson and sets out to do so.
Snuffy, Loweezy, and Barney are stranded in the city. When Loweezy goes to find some vittles for them, she meets an actress, Beulah Beulah, who is to play a hillbilly woman in a stage drama. Loweezy helps the actress research the role, even to Beulah's dressing exactly like Loweezy. But confusion ensues when Snuffy sees Beulah outside the theater and mistakes her for Loweezy.
Because of a cruel ringmaster, Jolly the Clown and Ellsworth Elephant are both fired from the circus. Jolly tries to help the pink pygmy elephant's act so that he can keep his job.
The Ringading Kid arrives into town and is mocked by the townspeople, because instead of wearing six-shooters he has an ice cream scoop holstered (in a small container of ice cream) on each hip. However, whenever there's a shootout he's the first to draw and fling various flavors of ice cream into the faces of the bad guys, and cleans up the town... so to speak.

We meet Abner propped upon a pillow in the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. With an annoyingly twee voice emerging from his anthropomorphised face, Abner reveals the events leading up to his arrival in this hallowed hall. It seems that Abner is the baseball that got whacked by Mickey Mantle for a home run against the Detroit Tigers, on 10 September 1960 ... sailing for an astonishing 634 feet (193 metres).
A mad scientist invents an anti-gravity machine, and is using it to create havoc on earth. Casper, the Friendly Ghost, gets involved with the mad-man and eventually forces him to destroy the machine and bring earth back to earth.
