For keeping his lawyer license, Raymond gives up the custodial right of YING. Susan asks LEO to return the photos that were taken secretly on Raymond, to which LEO feels disgusted. Ben uses tricks to make the money short in TIN KWAN and he plans with another shareholder, SHARK CHOW, to buy TIN KWAN. At last, KUEN discovers MING is in a coma and she is excited. LEO knows the plot of Ben and he uses tricks to make CHOW to abandon the buying plan. NIN accuses Ben to get benefits both from inside and outside and allows him only to accompany YEE for her giving birth, to which Ben angers.
