KAN has won the contest. TSAT comes to challenge him with 100,000 dollars. KAN loses. He is demanded to pay the debt in three days. KEI has a big quarrel with TSAU over this. SING runs into HEI on the street. While they are having a chat they see KING running after a thief. HEI has no choice but to tell SING that KEUNG has given KING the red whistle string. KING hurts himself when he is chasing the thief. The fortuneteller advises KING that “red” is unlucky to him. KING therefore returns the red whistle string to KEUNG. However, it is too late as SING has already known the truth. SING leaves home in anger. With the help of HEI, KEUNG and SING are finally reconciled with each other.
