It is discovered that there are people died of the 'Dragon Shadow Weapon' in Kwok Fu City and the faults are imputed to the Dragon Shadow Man which has greatly destroyed his reputation. FUNG is bothered by this trouble and decides to investigate the case secretly. TAI has joined the police team. He follows FIAT after the cadet training, the first task assigned to him is to investigate the 'Dragon Shadow Man' and find out his criminal evidence.
