In 2010, Toru Tokushige founded Terra Motors with the goal of being largest producer of two and three-wheeled electric vehicles in the world. Operating from a tiny office, he managed to capture the Japanese market after only 2 years and is now expanding into countries throughout Asia where vehicle exhaust is a major environmental problem.
