This episode is about offering support. To Quang Ngoc-san, from Vietnam, works at an IT company. A new coworker sits next to him, and Ngoc-san wants to help him with any trouble he might have. Ngoc-san originally worked in Hanoi before switching to his current job. His Japanese has improved thanks to the help of his senior, Tobishima-san.
