Sus Antigoon comes to ask our friends if they want to help him guard a singing, burning candle. When the candle is extinguished, the village of Mispelbeke falls into the hands of the Spaniards. After much insistence, Suske and Wiske are allowed to go with Sus Antigoon to defeat the enchanted wizard and save the village.
