FUNG tells TUNG about her proposal and hopes that TUNG can reinstate in his CEO post. Unexpectedly SHUN eavesdrops her plan. SHUN and PANG hope to put forward the proposal to BONG but YAT indicates to them confidently that he hopes to get their help and become the CEO instead. YAT unites PANG and SHUN as to convince FUNG to become his advisor. FUNG is in a dilemma to choose between work and affection. YAT finally raises his proposal to BONG about reforming Legend Place.
