Could higher frequency intelligences use plasma as a conduit for contact and communication? Plasma is known as the fourth state of matter, and the universe is made of 99.99 percent of it. On Earth, it is most familiar in the form of lightning. On its own it’s not intelligent. However, can plasma be used by an other-dimensional intelligence to project into various forms and densities to impact our reality?
