EMPEROR intends to designate JOJO the title of Queen. All officials object. However, DAN supports EMPEROR’s suggestion. EMPEROR is glad. LARINE again meets LOK. LOK has become a very popular letter writer. In fact, LOK is a swindler. LARINE thinks that LOK is a versatile guy and respects him a lot. LARINE asks LOK to write a letter to EMPEROR to disclose her bad encounter. LOK thinks that LARINE is mad. LOK proposes LARINE to give him fifty taels and he will bring her to see EMPEROR.
