While CHUN-BONG leads troops to check the goods, he discovers that the most precious Jade Seal of Emperor Qianlong is missing. So he immediately coerces all people there, asking anyone who took it to give himself up, otherwise, he will shoot them all at the Pier. Fortunately, NGA-WUN arrives just in time and stops him from doing so in a split second. However, before the ship containing the imperial treasures can be handed over, they are detected by the Coastal Patrol Anti-smuggling Unit, leading to another delay.
