On the day of the Joint Management Committee Chairmanship Election, HAU-YUNG proposes adopting a secret ballot as a voting method. Though the suggestion is met with CHUN-BONG’s objection, CHUN-BONG still wins the Election handily. As soon as he assumes his office, CHUG-BONG immediately wreaks vengeance on the TONG’s family. As such, Sheung Pun Lau, the restaurant managed by YUK-HING, becomes the first to suffer as it is alleged to have violated the sanitary requirements of the Hygienic Regulation. Following that is the Man Fa Department Store as someone wreaks havoc in it. YAT-CHIU reveals that the TONG's family has been boycotted. Seizing the opportunity, SO FEI leads everyone to Tai Lei Warehouse, venting their anger over CHAN KAI. NGA-WUN tries to explain, however, the anger of the masses is difficult to tackle.
