BONG has no choice but agrees. TSANG, who has always believed that LADY YUE is a femme fatale, has never liked her. She, nevertheless, does not mind at all and tries hard to please him instead. Seeing that BONG is not in power now, his army has decided to desert. BONG is upset about the desertion. CHI is there to cheer him up and promises to help him start anew. BONG is deeply impressed. When BONG arrives in Bazu, he follows LEUNG’s instruction to set fire to the plank way.
