MAN and TSUN intend to promote FUNG to Prefect, which is CHUN’s position. FUNG declines their kindness though. People from the previous dynasty are planning a rebellion on the border. TAI volunteers to subjugate the rebels. MAN does not like the idea and suggests each feudal prince to lend five thousand troops and horses to LUNG instead.
