In Guizhou, the Miao, Tong and Zhuang ethnic minorities have been cultivating glutinous rice for thousands of years. Off Zhang Zi Island, divers search for sea cucumbers in Asia's largest marine pasture. In Zhejiang, hairy crabs are cultivated in vast numbers.
