HON suggests using cheese rather than fermented bean curd to bake vegetables. YEE does not find this a good idea though. HON wants to leave, but YEE needs him to prepare for the pork for tomorrow’s class. TING would like to employ HON to work as sous chef in his new restaurant. HON cannot make up his mind whether he should work for TING. YEE tells HON to pluck pig hair with eyebrow tweezers. He understands that she is creating an opportunity for him to learn. He hands in his resignation. YEE does not say anything. TING’s new restaurant is open. HON finds that he only uses low quality ingredients and that the chef adds MSG to the soup. HON returns to Joyful Kitchen to pack his stuff. ROGER has bought some cheese for YEE. HON did not know until then that YEE has adopted his suggestion. He regrets having resigned. Meanwhile, ROGER reminds him that he has forgotten to sign his resignation letter.
