CHING, KWAI, SUSAN and LIN gather at the swimming pool where YEE is giving them training. YEE tells them to swim back and forth for 20 times, followed by a workout at the gym. SUSAN and CHING hope HOI can persuade YEE into giving up the intensive training. The next training is coming. LIN pretends to be sick, while KWAI lies that she is being trapped in an escalator.
